About me
In a world of short form social media and Ai, I noticed that there is a need for professionals and young people to sharpen up their storytelling and writing skills. A published author, I am member of NAWE.

Professionally, I am a Member of the CIPR, trained with NFTS, the Association of Writers in Education, and hold a PgCert in Media Management & PR from MMU Business School. I hold a BA (Joint Hons.) English & Spanish, University of Manchester and an MA in Writing and a PGCE (with QTS, Distinction).
Writing is my life. I’ve worked across sectors, from teaching literacy to advising global businesses on comms strategies.
I have covered a range of subjects and recent work has seen me travel the world interviewing the top talent in music, venue builds, development, festivals, theatre and more – I’m intrigued by everything, from ballet danced by robots to underwater concerts! In the business world, I’ve worked as a lecturer, editor-in-chief, international director of communications, global head of people communications and engagement, and PR & communications manager in sectors as diverse as music, the arts, education, technology and law.
My own writing explores fairness, opportunity, culture and society. We live in exciting times; technology is changing how we make and consume words. I can help you make the most of both.
I’ve delivered careers talks and creative writing workshops at University of Manchester, University of Bolton, York St John University, Jerusalem International Dance Week, The University of Sharjah, The Times Center, New York, and for private companies. In education, I’ve worked with EYFS through to postgraduates.
